Freaking Out - Nightmare! =(

You know how I burnt my hand at work a couple of months back?

Yeah?

Well, I just woke up from the worst nightmare ever! In it, I had to get one of my fingers CUT OFF!!! *wibbles and tries not to cry* (I think had I continued the dream, there was a notion that it’d be sewed back on, but still! It had to be CUT freakin’ OFF!) o_0

I’ve been shaking since I got up (which is in no way related to the cold) and keep checking that my hand is okay and...and...and... God, it felt real! So real.

What led to the I-need-to-cut-off-your-hand thing? I was on holiday with family (and some ex-boyfriend mum broke up with YEARS ago whom I completely hated and always had disagreements with).

When we arrived at the place we were staying at (some desert-y area), mum decided that she’d like to drive the car into the pool. Yeah. Really. She drove right in.

I opened my car door just before we went under and managed to pull my bag out (my DVDs! They were the first thing I thought about saving!) and then I got out myself. The others got out fine, too. All was good there, but then my hand! My finger… *whimpers*

They just came right out with it. They needed to CUT IT OFF! (My hand got injured somehow – I’m not quite sure how – in the ‘accident’.)

Funnily enough, in the meantime, I somehow managed to pull all these really awesome pranks on my cousins – without doing a thing. I don’t remember the specifics of the pranks unfortunately, but hey. I’m trying to distract myself with that to get my mind of my hand.

*blinks*

Nope, not working. *sniffs*

God, I need a hug! And distractions. BIG distractions. =(

Yup. I'm actually Ani's Sparky beta. *nods* Reminds me, she sent the seventh lot of ficlets/drabbles before. I could distract myself with that.

Erm...okay. I've never heard the first two before, but i'm the same with the not being able to sleep in the heat. I get headaches in the heat, too. (The reason why I love winter. No headaches and sweatiness and...yeah.) Rambling again.

But that's good. I'm starting to get back to normal now. Not shaking anymore. Little queasy, but that's probably cuz I haven't eaten yet.

*huggles* I'd offer to sing to you, but my singing voice will probably give you more nightmares, so I'll just flood you with hugs for now! I know about dreams, I've had really horrible ones, but hey, I have one that'll cheer you up! When I was little, I used to have night terrors with Freddy Krueger chasing me, I was absolutely terrified of that man and those movies and I would always run from him in my dreams and wake up crying. Once, in my dream, I stopped running, turned around and asked him out on a date. Then I woke up and never dreamt of him again. Goes to show, not even Freddy Krueger will go out with me *FALLS* AND, :) it's just a dream, baby, not to worry *huggles* A distraction? I'm writing a Sparky fic ;) Is that distracting enough? LOL

And gahh! I don't know who Freddy Krueger is really. He's from some horror movie though, right??? Scary dream, anyway. Funny that it stopped when you faced him/asked him on a date. =P

And yes, I know it's just a dream. It just took a little while for my body to catch up with my mind and realise that. Or something. But it's better now. Much less frantic-like.

I was actually going to go over those Sparky drabbles and that other fic you sent now to distract myself. And yes, the new one too. (I'm tracking the Sparky comms, so I know you've got new fic! Plus Sammi mentioned it, too.) Nice. =)
