TV...

So...the old TV series are all ending and new ones are coming in. I figured I'd do a quick run-through of what's on...

Friends. I've seen two episodes total so far and I'm hooked. (Yes, that means I've never seen it before now. *nods and hides*)

The Big Bang Theory. Reminds me of Two Guys And A Girl - with a lot of Sam Carter's technobabble thrown in (and multiplied a few times).

"What do you guys do for fun around here?"
"Well today we tried masturbating for money."

"You're not done with her yet, are you?"
"Our babies will be smart and beautiful."
"Not to mention imaginary."

Psych. Haven't seen it yet, but I like the idea behind it. Have googled it and checked a few sites.

Six Degrees. Haven't seen it yet either. Looked it up as well, seems pretty cool.

Other series coming back on include: Bones (Yayz!!), Shark (Also cool - it's got Alexis Cruz from SG-1, Danielle Panabaker from Summerland and Sam Page from Point Pleasant), aaaaand yes...that's about it as far as I know. There'll probably be more new series coming on during the next few weeks.

Anyway, Sam/Cam fic and some pics will be up soon. o_O

I liked big bang theory. though I felt it was leaning more towards mocking geeks than supporting them.

Psyche is MADE OF AWESOME. I love it. It's one of the few shows around that make me chuckle out loud.

the problem with the summer viewing, is that non of it really "family" viewing. we loved futurama and the simpsons because kiddo can watch them and appreciate them. King of queens/70s show/friends... not so much.

Hmmm...okay. I've only just watched the pilot ep (as I was typing the post) so yes... I guess it was a little bit with the mocking but I haven't really gotten far enough into it to really have a solid opinion on that. Some funny dialogue in there, though. =)

Psych ftw!!!! Great show. Highly entertaining. One of my friends is so into it that she made a stuffed pineapple for her baby nephew ^_^

Ah, Friends! Such a classic. I just caught up on that show over the last year. So much love. ♥

Big Bang Theory is also full of win. Absolutely hysterical.

I haven't seen Psych, but have only heard good things. And I think I've seen the first few episodes of Six Degrees. It was pretty good. (I just can't really keep up with a ten o'clock timeslot. :/)

Psych.....I really want to watch that! The promos I watch during commercials are very funny, just need more TV time.

Six Degrees....I wanted to watch it, but it was cancelled after only a few epis, so I decided not to bother.

From the new shows I am loving Chuck, and also Moonlight.
And I'd like to check Pushing Daisis.

Now I've never seen Friends either, but then kalesbohan wrote this adorable little Daniel/Vala fic called Precious, and it made a friends reference so then she and the girls explained it with clips and links and everything. And I sorta got hooked. So now if it's on- I watch.

And I just might have to investigate this Big Bang Theory show.. lol.

I saw the first ep a few nights ago. *is absolutely, totally, completely hooked* I love Shawn's character!! And Gus is cool, too! ;)

And yes...the pineapple bit there. Hehe. I love pineapples! Especially the fresh, sweet ones. *nods and starts to drool*...

Yup, I'm loving Friends so far. Would order in the first season right now except my brother *glares at him* is in the room and...well, I don't really do the buying online with him around. (Yeah, he's driving me insane right now...)

Big Bang Theory...yeah, not many series have so many great quotes in the first ep like this one does. *nods* So much fun with it. =D

Psych, you should SOOOOOOO check out if you get a chance. I've seen one episode of it now and it's made of win! So much! *luvs it* I can see myself writing fic for it in the (near?) future. =)

Six Degrees turns out to not really be my thing, however. Little slow for my liking. And the timeslot isn't the best either, as you said.

Nope, never. Well....I guess I may have seen a few minutes here and there when I was flipping TV, but never more than that. Until December 2. Heh. Am hooked now, so it's all good. ;)

Ooh, now getting all of SG-1 might take a while given how pricey dvds are now.
Well it's not so much that as it is all the other stuff. I nearly had a heart attack at the gas pump when I filled my car up.
