I only live about twenty minutes out of the CBD, so it'll be the ol' daily back-and-forth bus trip for me. Well, that alternated with me driving to and from campus with a chaperone while I'm still on my L's. I love driving, but at least I can read on the bus. Sigh.
But I've always wondered what it'd be like to live on campus, so if you get to, I'll be extremely jealous. *G*
Ooooh! And I got an invite in the mail today for some course advice session on Jan 31 (9:30am). Did you get that?
Not yet, but we didn't check our PO Box today, so maybe. Or maybe they only sent it out to people who are doing major/minor courses? I don't know. Even so, I think I'm working that day. Hey, do you know what day your orientation stuff is yet? Creative Writing and Television sound awesome, by the way. :D
You live 20 mins away? Lucky. I went in to QUT yesterday for the info session and it took almost 1 hr and a half to get there by bus and another 20-30 mins to walk/work out where to go. I'm soooo glad I have an iPod!!
I might look into living on campus for next year. *nods* Probably too late now.. Shall have to catch the bus until then. And look into getting my L's.
Hmmm...well, now that I think about it, the info thing was for the Interdisciplinary course, so you probably didn't get an invite to it. No worries.
I have no idea what day my orientation stuff is yet. Will let you know when I find out. :)
Creative Writing and Television definitely sound awesome. *nods* I think I'll be choosing some Web Design courses as electives (or as a second minor if possible), so that'll be great, too. *nods* :)
