No school for me today! Swimming carnival. Normally Mum would make us go but she told me last night we don't have to. Thats why I'm writing this right now. If I was at school, well the Redcliffe Pool anyway, I wouldn't be home writing this. Obviously. I did go to school this morning, but it was just to pay for a senior shirt and the 'textbook hire scheme' thingy. I've got a tape of Everwood to watch from when I was doing that. Might go do that in awhile.
Anyways...its my 17th birthday really soon! February 14. Yeh, Valentine's Day. Kinda sucks being on that day but I'm used to it so yeh... I'm gonna b having an ice-skating party probably. Either that or I might go to a movie with a few friends instead. Having a sleep-over too, I think. Not quite sure. I should probably work that out soon. I've left all the birthday planning stuff a bit late this year. By now, I'd have normally planned everything (including what sorta birthday cake - normally a cheesecake or a caramel tart) and have invitations all given out and everything. So behind!
School has been okay. I'm no longer the only Yr 12 doing Japanese through Virtual Schooling. It kinda sucks - I miss having the room to myself. Not sure if its a good or bad thing yet, though. As much as it sucks, its good having someone else doing it too, I guess. Knowing me, I'm probably just trying to convince myself its a good thing. It could be but it could not be. OKay, I'm gonna shut up now cuz I'm really starting to confuse myself here. Anyways, the rest of school has been pretty normal. 70 mins (x4 subjects) stuck in a classroom doing work. The normal.
Well, I might go now. I'd write more but I can't think of anything else thats remotely interesting to write at the moment. If I come up with anything more you'll be the first to know. Well, actually, thats wrong. I'll be the first to know, you'll be the second lol. Anyways...
