Am online for a little while tonight. (Am at a neighbour's place, using their computer while they're watching State of Origin. Heh.) Anyway.. Lots new going on. Will give a very brief outline.
- Renovations at home have been crazy. We've had pavers put down out back, neater than they were before. They have pretty-ful diamond shapes. More stuff, but I won't go into it. Might post before/after pics at some point (assuming of course that I can get onto a computer to do so)...
- Writing fic like crazy. Or well...like normal. Always good. I haven't gotten around to any Tin Man fic yet though - I leant a friend of mum's the DVDs and really need to rewatch to get the characters down in my mind.
- Lotsa TV watching. Saw the first ep of Private Practice the other day. Looks pretty good. Better than Grey's Anatomy possibly (which I only saw the first season of and got bored of after that)... Loving Psych and Firefly and The X Files and SG-1 as always, as well as the usual other shows. Big YAY for the last ep of CSI NY! (teh fire in Stella's apartment ep). Made of awesome. Can't wait for more House...
- Saw The Happening at the movies a few nights ago. AWESOME stuff. Srsly. Zooey Deschanel is as adorable and as talented as ever...the movie plot is actually interesting and well developed and yeah.. Definitely go if you have a chance.
- Can't wait for The X Files: Fight The Future!! I've been marathoning the series and am trying to get through the rest before the movie comes out. Could be interesting. Am at disc 2 of season 4 now.. 5 seasons in about 3 weeks? Plus starting back at uni (part time) and TAFE (full time) around the last week? Yeah... Hopefully I'll have time.
- As mentioned above, I'll be doing part time uni (Media Writing) and a full time TAFE course (Cert III in IT) starting w/ July 21. Should be interesting. Especially with all the travel. Uni is 2 hrs in one direction from home and TAFE is about the same in the opposite direction. Argh. Will have to see how it goes.. More computer access will be available to me then, I hope. I'm seriously hoping they haven't blocked LJ and the like. I'll have to focus on study first of course, but some LJ-ing in the background can't hurt.. No LJ hurts more. *huggles flist*

- Oh! I may have a stalker. Heh. (Probably not.. Just a random 40-or-so-yr-old guy who's TOO nice in a creepy way, who's run into me 3 or 4 times in the past month..) *shrugs* And we went out to dinner the other night (me, teh brother, mum, a neighbour and his daughter) and it ended with us walking to the car to find a guy standing in front of it. Mum didn't see him at first and pressed the car alarm. The guy jerked awkwardly.. And we all realized he'd been peeing on the fence in front of the car. Yup. Was rather funny/disturbing/OMG! ;P
- I sooo want to post fic but I can't!! Torture! OMG. I hate this.
- Morena Baccarin = ♥♥♥ I hope she comes to Brisbane sometime. Really soon. Maybe next Supanova? Please??? ;D
