New layout!
Apr. 3rd, 2010 05:41 amThere once was a blogger on livejournal, who grew sick of her layout. She hadn't changed it in months and the sight of it was beginning to send waves of nausea through her, along with an uncanny desire to scratch her eyeballs out rather than look at it for one more minute. And so she took it upon herself to go upon a journey throughout LJ-land to find the perfect replacement layout.
It was a long and treacherous trip and by the time she reached the end, sunlight peeked in between the curtains and cast light where it hadn't in many hours. But, despite how weary the blogger was after all her travels, she had found it. She had turned seemingly hundreds of rocks over and finally uncovered one with a rare and beautiful gem glinting through its underside.
The blogger set up the layout and stood back to admire her work. She smiled. It would be awhile before she had the urge to gouge out her eyes again.
