Someone's gonna trip and fall and I'm not cleaning it up

Someone has been playing loud music (karaoke possibly?; it sounds like something inhuman is getting injured over and over again) for the past two or so hours, non-stop, right across the train tracks from us. It is driving me insane. As such, I'm posting this entry to gauge interest in a volunteer program: "EGG THE MUSIC PLAYERS". Who's in?
