This is a writers challenge community where every month you sign up and at the beginning of the month you are given a set of 12 themes and 3 artist choices and you have ONE (1) month to write drabbles/short fics/longer fics to fit those themes!

My day so far

As posted on facebook (though slightly edited):

Went to UQ instead of QUT today. Just 'cause. Twas quite enjoyable. Zach showed me where some of his classes are and we went to his lecture for today (python.. as in computer science). There was much walking through rain also. And a candy store visit (root beer, fizzers, etc!) Aaand then we headed for home, had coffee (caramelatte .. not sure what Zach's was) and split a toasted chicken/avo sandwich at Gloria Jeans.

Theeen, I got new speakers. (The last two I got broke (both the same type, replaced under warranty); within a few months for the first and after one single day for the second, SO, we asked for a different brand and they're the Creative brand and shiny and hopefully will last longer!) Quite an awesome day so far. Rest shall be spent on assignments and movies and such. :D

On that note, assignments and movies and such calls. I'll be around on LJ off/on throughout, however if you do see me on for any amount of time, give me a poke and ensure I've done at least something toward assignments. ;)

In other news, our inspection didn't go well last week and we have two weeks to move out :/ ( Read more... )
