Greetings, and welcome to ARC. The purpose of this file is to give you a brief history of ARC, as well as its current mission statement. For those of you who are not already aware, ARC stands for Alternate Reality Coalition, and it is a alliance of 7 alternate Earths, and the human governments on them. Please be aware that some of these earths have a different history to your own, and have accordingly different views and social norms. Please respect all other delegate's views and opinions, regardless of personal bias.
If that's caught your interest at all, the rest of that particular piece can be found here (he's uploading more writing this very moment, I believe). :)
