Paid Account // LJ Stuff

I'm loving the new update journal section! So much neater and easier than the old version. *ends rant before it grows too big and fills up the entire update*

Yeah, so anyway, I was thinking of getting a paid account. I mean, I'm on enough to do it and it makes sense to. I wouldn't be getting it until next year (or at least sometime after Christmas) if I got it at all, but I was just wondering what everyone thought.

I'd really love to get more display pics (I'm so sick of rotating them every week or so when I find a new one or two that I want to add!) and the ads on the plus account really drive me insane. I'm surprised I haven't changed back to a basic account actually, that's how bad it is. I'm sure there's more I don't even know about at the moment that would be great too.

The only problem is payment. Manually would be my best option (I don't have a credit card and wouldn't trust myself to get one anyway.) So...what does everyone think? Is it worth me getting a paid account? Do they have trials or anything?

Paid account are goooooood!! I think it works out to be about $30something when the price is converted from USD to AUD, which is pretty good for a year and 100 icons. And I have 9 loyalty icons, go me. lol

Oh and the credit card thing? If you dont trust yourself, look into St George bank credit cards, they are available to use on your own money, so whatever you have in your account is all you can use, make sense? That way you can still buy things online, like LJ paid account and not get yourself in debt.

Ooh, cool! $30 is good. *nods* I wasn't sure about how much the price conversion would be. And loyalty icons sound awesome too!

I might just stick with the manual payment methods for now, rather than try to find some credit/debit card or the like just for that. But thanks. If I change my mind on that, I'll definitely look into that. =)
