breakfast - 7.15 am. 1 piece of toast with cinnamon and sugar, glass of milk. 1 cup coffee about 8 am while I surfed the web.

snack... I just got back from a walk and I'm contemplating an apple.

lunch... it's barely 11 am here, but I'll probably have a tuna fish sandwich with chips and water.

supper... probably spaghetti since that's about all I have and I don't feel like going to the store.
