Colouring/sharpness, maybe, yeah.
(Tony in charge with Castle around...I laugh. *lol*)
If you think about it, Kate is in charge of Castle in Castle... kind of.. I mean, she has more authority. It'd be the same with Tony and Castle. Not by personality, but by profession.
