That makes sense. I've got a claim at ficlets100 (my ex-comm) for River Tam. Have only gotten about 20 of those done out of 100 and I've had that claim for ages. The most important thing, I think, is that you don't restrain the muse too much or you'll risk losing what he/she has to offer. That's how it is for me (and why I always jump between fandoms I write for). Erm...and I think I went a bit off topic there.. /end rant :P
