Fred glanced up, brow furrowed in concentration. Her expression changed slightly to show confusion.
“The, uh, coffee,” he added. “If you keep drinking as much as you have been.” He drifted off.
“You’re just as bad.”
He frowned. “If you want I can go get you some juice? Water?”
“Won’t keep me awake,” she said. “Got to finish this before I sleep. Just a little bit more to-” She yawned.
“Okay, that’s it,” Wesley said. “You’re going to bed. I insist. Even if I have to carry you.”
“I’ll sleep when-”
Wesley smiled. “Yep. Carrying.”
