Vidding help please!

Anyone out there who can teach me vidding please??? Complete beginner here! (As in, I have no idea what to do and probably don't own any of the programs that are needed for it...) I'm soooo wanting to make some Mal/Inara vids - I've got a couple of songs picked out already! And there's some other stuff I have in mind, too.....
