+ Just watched a few more episodes of CSI NY. I loved this episode purely for the closure for Stella (in regards to season two's All Access). The parallels in the case and her emotional attachment to the woman, until she discovered the truth - that the woman set the whole thing up to murder her husband - was so well done. Stella's line really drove the point in - "I was a victim, you're just a cold blooded murderer." - moving her on from possibly believing that she was at fault for Frankie's death rather than just defending herself to accepting what happened and seeing things clearly. A nice way to wrap it all up.

+ Very little progress on assignments today. So far.

+ Went to the local liquor store to get a small bottle of vodka since I haven't had any in months... aaand they were out. So, not so much with the drinking for me. Maybe next weekend. I ended up walking around for an hour or so and grabbing some hot chips (and chocolate for later). Was nice. I discovered - or rather, rediscovered - there's a walking track just down the road, passing by the creek and a playground area. If I ever feel the need to get out of the house I may take my laptop down that way. I miss it being so green everywhere. (Lots of green lately with the rain, which is awesome.)

I totally forgot that I have to turn in 2 assignments by tomorrow and I didn't start them until this morning. And plus, I'm writing an exam for which I still have to finish one book. Go me >_<" How could I forgot about that?

I love S3 of CSI: NY so much. There are so very good story lines in the Season. Open And Shut is really good. I loved All Access and all episodes that had to do with it :) Actually I love everything involving something personal for Stella.

Ick. Good luck with those!! I've got 4 assignments. One is at editing stage, one needs maybe 2 critiques done for + printing, one is about 500 words done, 1000 to go and the last has not yet been started. So. Not too bad considering. I have til the first week of June for them all as well. Plenty of time - assuming I can force myself into study mode and stop procrastinating. Two assignments, one day, plus exam/book? I'm sooo glad I don't have to do that. I'd die. So yes. Good luck again for those.

S3 is awesome so far, yes!! Tis awesome. Any episode - or hell, scene - with Stella is one that stands out for me, also.
