+ The Summer Of Blues & Love Multifandom Drabble-a-thon and The Summer Drabble-a-thon are out there if anyone's looking to do some drabbling.

+ I have a 1TB external hard drive as of a few days ago. Have the majority of downloaded episodes saved onto it already (and games and program files - writing stuff will be done next) and am considering whether to rip some DVDs onto it as well and where to start if so. In the process of copying my music across just now so I have some time to decide on that. :P Ideas and suggestions are very welcome.

+ Marathon of sorts today. Reaper, Merlin, John Doe, Eleventh Hour (British version - only made it 30 mins in before nearly falling asleep of boredom), Stargate SG-1, Demons. One episode of each thus far but that could very well change.

+ My tongue is annoying as hell. The end of it.. got burnt I think? Or something. In any case I wish it would heal already!!

+ Forgot what else I was going to write so I may edit more in later.

Yuh huh. One of the more expensive series. Criminal Minds is up at about $80-90 too so there's a lot of relying on places to have sales going on. $40 is a great price.

It seems expensive to me. It's one of the few shows I watch that I can't get cheaper by shopping around.

Yeah. When I first started in teh fandom world, I paid about $40/each for the first four seasons of NCIS. . . and then NY came, and I paid $90 for S1-3, and now I'm down to "I'll pay a lil bit for 'em." I think $20 is about the most I'll go now.

I have my games + music still on my comp for easy access, but I suppose if you have a lot of them it would be sensible.
I would suggest that you should rip them if you have processing power free at any given time, and then just delete them if you need the space for something else. It's nice to have the second copy, but it is just a second copy.

I have most of my stuff still on my laptop too, but I backed everything up to the Ex. HD just in case. There's plenty of room so I don't see why not. Will look into zipping files should I near filling the Ex HD which won't be for awhile, I'd say. :)
