Aliens, ninjas and a shiny penny
The results of the poll [here] have told me a lot.
+ Firstly, there are a lot of people out there who would be supportive of my plans of world domination. This both scares me and enlightens me. I have followers! My plans may actually one day come true! *looks around looking all evil-like*
+ Secondly, on my flist, there are two alien abductees, four who are either alien in origin themselves or just plain abducted, memory wiped and returned to Earth with the impression they never were from Earth to start with. There are two whom the aliens do not know. Only two. These two must be ninjas else have some super sekrit cave to hide in. *nod nod* Aaand the rest.. well. Shiny things. *points at a single, shiny penny on the ground and watches the running, squirming, squishing mass* Clean up, aisle.. over there on the ground? Is there anyone leftover to clean up?
So yes. That poll fulfilled it's very scientific purposes quite nicely there.
30 DAYS MEME: Day 03 → Your favorite television program
Firefly! As if there was ever any doubt. I knew from the moment I first saw this show (when I accidentally taped it in place of another show due to the TV schedule being made of fail) that it would make a big impression on my life. I've since watched it over more times than I can count. I know these characters better than I know some people in real life.
And I don't say it often or enough, but Firefly has gotten me through some hard times. "Still flying" holds so much meaning for me. Whenever I'm in a bad place, I think about that scene. It's never failed to help me collect myself and move on.
Mal: We're still flying.
Simon: That's not much.
Mal: It's enough.

That just gave me goosebumps ♥
I love the last bit of Serenity so much, the bit about the storm? Something like 'We'll pass through it soon enough...' Guhhh :')

Note to self: do not take drink of water when you're reading humorous things online. Especially when you're sitting in front of barely month old MacBook Pro.
Note to self 2: Stop talking about yourself in the second person.
And also...
Firefly! As if there was ever any doubt.
Very shocking indeed. :P
By the way, I added you on Twitter. Hope that's okay. I would be angelcordy. Shocking, yes?

*smirks a bit* XD
Oh yes. It has to be the most shocking thing since electric eels. Erm. What?
Twitter! Yes, that's fine. :D I shall have to add you back.

Oh reallay? I shall have to have a seekrit conference with these people. Having ninja skills to be undetected by Aliens is good. *G*
no subject
But yes. Ninja skills training. They has it. Only you have to find them first.

They sure did have some great quotes. INSPIRATION: I think I'm going to have to do a favorite Whedon quotes post. Yay - now I have something to do today since I'm stuck on a project at work and need time to think!!

Sounds like fun! I love those types of posts. XD

Kidding. I think.
Anyways, yes, I support Meredith for World Domination 2010. It's just plain smart.

Maybe you should get 'Still flying' tattooed on your ankle or something... or not. Sorry, am obsessed with getting another tat soon.

I remember that "Firefly" scene.
I'm sure if the people behind the show knew how much you are grateful for the show they would feel honored too.
And who says that TV doesn't change lives?
