GAH!!!! Sleep deprivation sucks!!! Have you tried sleep tea? I used to have trouble sleeping and a family friend gave me sleep tea to drink once and it worked. So, ever since then, when I've had trouble sleeping, I'd drink it and I'd be able to sleep. :)
