Black and shiny!

xfirefly9x+ Glee. Only one thing to say about it. I miss Emma!
+ Got a new external hard drive on Wednesday. Met Zach at Indro again and he helped pick it out (and then we went back to his place and copied over about 100gb of stuff lol). Aaanyway. It's soooo shiny and black and beautiful! ♥ Currently copying all TV eps over to it from my old one.. which is taking a long while! I have like 850GB of TV shows. o.0 I plan to use my old 1TB one for anything non-TV (writing, uni, games, etc) and this new one for TV stuff. Works well with size (at least for now :P) Will have to see how things go with that. I can get so very OCD with that sort of thing so it might change.
+ 2 assignments down (this week), 3 to go (next week). 7,000 words and I'm done with uni for this semester. The next few days are likely gonna kill me but at least after that I can... die in the comfort of my bed with DVDs and interwebs and such as I pass from this world. Aaand if I don't die from it, there's Scriptwriting next semester, yay! XD
+ Have to write the first chapter of a novel for one of my last assignments. I'm not sure how it's going to go. I was going to use something I wrote previously and just edit that to near death, but I'm not sure that's the best way to go. Not much time to figure it all out so I'll have to decide that soon! Think I'll screw up my sleeping patterns again (they were just getting good!) and stay up a few hours longer tonight to work on that. Anyone up for betaing that sometime between now and Saturday-ish? Massively helpful, that'd be.

+ Ah! Instead of getting a mini!laptop (or maybe as well as.. hmm) I'm going through a guy that dad and the brother know quite well to get a custom built computer. Sounds pretty amazing so far. Better than Thomas' computer. I think he's a little jealous about that. But he's being really helpful about it all. *squishes him* My biggest concern with this atm is where to put it. I need to get a desk!! Or another chair to set it up on. :P

+ I see you said your music was Just Dance. I just bought Lady Gaga's album (i think it's one with an extra Cd or something, might be a limited edition with bonuses or something O__o). I don't know if you've heard Summerboy.
It's given me very very bad ideas. I'm writing a fic right now (well, taking notes is more accurate) were I've made my own Lady Gaga. Except he's a guy. I'm thinking of keeping this song, because... serioulsy... Dean Winchester (Jensen's stage name) singing Summerboy? *purrs*

YAY for being close to finishing all your assignments (even if by close we mean, 'so close, yet so far away' :-P)
And yay for a customized computer! Y'know, you can get a customized laptop, I think. My Merlin was customized. Granted, I didn't do the customizing---I went to a very dear friend who worked in the tech lab and he put it together based on what I'd use it for (music, video, video game playing, etc.)
So, yes, it doesn't have to be a home desktop.. I think?
