Through her feet, she feels everything. The metal grating of Serenity’s floor presses lines into her skin, as gently as she applies her feet to the ground. It’s cold as one would expect such a thing to be.

Vibrations make their way through her body, starting in the tips of her toes and venturing upwards, further and further, until there is no part of her that doesn’t know its pulsing way. Her whole body hums.

Another step forwards and the terrain changes. A new wave of feeling and of fresh information and knowledge sweeps over her. Pausing, she closes her eyes and listens. She feels rather than hears the answer echoing in her soul.
