We went to Officeworks earlier too, and ZOMG! 12 pack of my favourite pens! And 2 gel ink pens. And a notepad for uni. :D:D:D I love Officeworks.

Random question. But pens and notepads.. are you the type to go for certain brands/types for each or do you just collect anything pens and notepads-y? I have certain ones I go for, so was kinda curious about other's habits.

Date: 2011-02-14 09:48 pm (UTC)I do prefer my notebooks to be on the smaller size, usually the next size down from 8 1/2" x 11". I like being able to put them in my purse/bag and that size is perfect for my lifestyle - which is always on the go! I practically live in my car.
This is also why I love my netbook so much! Hee!
And my pens have to be medium point or bigger, dark ink, and a big plus would be if they're purple! I just recently found a pen that writes incrediblyl smooth and has big bold lines. The ink is black, but I absolutely love it!! \o/ Gel pens are also on my favorite list because of the smooth writing and dark ink. Not too picky, really. :)
So yes, in answer to your question, I do prefer a certain type, no matter what the brand name is. As long as it fits within my likes, I'm a happy camper!!

Date: 2011-02-15 02:56 am (UTC)Personally I prefer the slightly larger notebooks because it feels almost like cheating writing a pg in a smaller book and actually counting it as a page. But that's just me. I do that sometimes regardless. :p
Netbooks are amazing. :D I love mine too soo much. Great for uni and writing if I want to do it in the other room or whatever.
