Dear Beth,

Thank you for the Christmas card and postcard. They're both very shiny and will soon be put up with the rest of our cards. :)

Please also accept my apologies for being sucky at matching names with... usernames. I'm sorry. I know the names of a number of my flist but not all, and I also know a few Beth's so am hesitant to guess which one you are with only your name and location (see postcard) to go on.

But yes. Anyway. *massive hugs and puppies*

Hee. Spam is fine. And we haven't talked much in awhile. I've been a bit slack with signing in on msn and commenting and such (tend to leave only Skype open so I can talk with Zach, and that's it, plus lots of skimming my flist and irregular commenting lately). How are you?

True.. we've been going out a bit more often and seeing friends and family and such, and then when we're home, we spend half the time sleeping or exhausted because it's so hot. Looking forward to cooler months returning.

Haha, I share your suckiness! Some people refer to me by name on lj and that's fine, but I'd never be comfortable calling others by name, even those I've known for years!

I always have a mini-freak out before sending cards where I cross-check name on the card/envelope with the username on the comment with their address to make absolutely sure I got the right person! Nothing more awful than calling someone the wrong name in their card...except, lol, thanking the wrong person, that'd be awkwaaaard. *g*

You know... I've started keeping notes on usernames. Like... A is a he, he lives in this country. He likes this and that and draws (that why I follow him). B is a girl. From the UK. she cracks me up. She likes tvd, spn, etc... not a slash fan...
It's wayyyy not up to date... but it's kept me from banging my head on my computer screens a few times.
For the people I chat a lot with, I have folders in my inbox with both username (possibly old usernames as well) and real name if I know them.

Well, I sent a postcard so I assume so :P I did think about putting my username on all the cards I sent, but in the end I just did it for people I hadn't sent cards to before.
